An index of Memphis and Shelby County public notices: the state's official notice site, city bids, council agendas, zoning cases, tax sales and elections.
Last checked Oct. 17, 2026. This page is an index, not the official publication of any notice. In Tennessee, legal notices are published in newspapers and collected on the Tennessee Press Association’s tnpublicnotice.com. We link to each agency’s own notices so you can find them in one place.
The official home for Tennessee legal notices is tnpublicnotice.com, run by the Tennessee Press Association. Under a state law passed unanimously in 2013, its purpose is to make available every notice that appears in a Tennessee newspaper; notices from the past 12 months are in the current search and older ones in its archive search. For City of Memphis notices, call Memphis 311, 901-636-6500.
